The dragonfly and why we love them:

Dragonflies have long held a special place in our Indigo hearts, being the first creature to grace our logo back in 1994. Not only do they symbolize and exemplify the virtue of living IN the moment and living life to the fullest, but there is something powerful and awe-inspiring about the way they can move 45 mph and in all 6 directions with ease and agility- COOL! Also we love the fact that they are migratory, and if one is lucky, you get to witness that in late summer when the coastal air is suddenly thick with their lil bodies! Super COOL!

About the Art:

Our metal dragonflies are fashioned from steel, pounded and rusted to create a treasure for your wall. All finishes are unique, as the rust process takes on a life of its own. There is a hanging device on the back of your dragonfly which allows you to change the direction he flies! (Note that he does stand away from the wall a bit due to his legs, giving him a more 3d appearance.)

20" Dragonfly has a wing span approximately 20" at its widest point. The body length is approximately 13" and sticks off the wall approximately 2". It weighs almost 2 pounds. 

30" Dragonfly has a wing span approximately 30" at its widest point. The body length is approximately 22" and sticks off the wall approximately 3". It weighs almost 4 pounds. 

40" Dragonfly has a wing span approximately 40" at its widest point. The body length is approximately 29" and sticks off the wall approximately 4". It weighs almost 6 pounds.
